TICKETING & CREDENTIALS

TICKETING & TICKET CREDIT

As part of your sponsorship of the Festival, you are entitled to place a ticket order for Festival events utilizing your contractual credit allotment. Please reference your 2024 NYCWFF Sponsorship Agreement to confirm your total credit.

You can browse all event information via the Festival website, https://nycwff.org.

To redeem your ticket credit, you will need to request your special ticket redemption code from your Sponsor Manager (SM).  Your SM will provide you with your code and instructions on how to redeem tickets via nycwff.org ticketing page.

We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets using your credit as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee ticket availability. 

CREDENTIALS

As part of your sponsorship, Sponsors will receive working credentials for the events where they are activating.

• For events taking place at Brooklyn Army Terminal (“Culinary Campus”), Sponsor will receive physical credentials to be issued on site.

• For Events taking place at all other locations, Sponsor will receive staff wristbands or working access to be issued on-site by the applicable Festival-assigned Event Manager (the “Event Manager”).

• Sponsor's exact credential allotment are outlined in contract.

CREDENTIAL CENTER/OFFICE

The Credential Center is located at the NYCWFF WELCOME CENTER - Brooklyn Army Terminal, 80 58th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220. There is one credential center for both Grand Tasting and the Signature Pier Events on Pier 4.  

Hours of Operation

Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Thursday – 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday – 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m .

Sunday – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
