This form tells us how we should represent your company and brand(s) in all NYCWFF marketing materials and signage.

All Photography or Filming on site during NYCWFF for your brand/ company must be PRE-APPROVED by NYCWFF. This form allows Sponsors to submit for approval. For additional information about photography & videography, please visit the MARKETING & PR page.
All sponsors/partners/ etc. are able to invite their media contacts and influencers to apply to cover their involvement at the Festival. This form/ application must come directly from the media outlet. Submitting an application does not guarantee access, and no media requests can be submitted once the deadline passes. OTHER FORMS/DOCUMENTS
All participating 2024 NYCWFF sponsors are required to submit a COI naming GLWD. Additional COIs may also be required for your events. This form will allow you to upload your COI. For additional information about insurance requirements, please visit the INSURANCE page.
