INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

GLWD INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

ALL SPONSORS PARTICIPATING IN THE 2024 NYCWFF ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COI NAMING GLWD.  

Please see the below clause from your 2024 NYCWFF Sponsorship Agreement/ Annex -

Sponsor shall obtain and maintain, during the Term, comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence that covers liability for bodily injury, property damage or death arising out of Sponsor’s rights, obligations, and activities in connection with this Agreement. Sponsor shall name God’s Love and all other requested parties as an additional insured on its comprehensive general liability policy solely with respect to this Agreement and shall provide God’s Love with a certificate of insurance evidencing this coverage not later than thirty (30) days prior to each applicable Festival. Sponsor may also be required to submit proof of insurance at participating venues naming specific venues as additional insureds and with respect to specific activities, if applicable.
