1. September 18th: LAST DAY TO SUBMIT YOUR SHIPPING SUMMARY SHEET

2. September 3rd – September 19th: GRAND TASTING GIFT BAG SHIPPING WINDOW

   1. All gift bag items MUST be PRE-APPROVED by Festival prior to shipping. PLEASE NOTE: If you ship items NOT approved by the festival, these items will not be included in the gift bags and will be available for shipping/pick up at the sponsor’s expense. Any approved gift bag items that are delivered to warehouse after the deadline will not be included in the bags.

   2. The Festival does not accept Saturday or Sunday deliveries. All items must arrive to the warehouse Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm

3. September 3rd – October 3rd: NON-PERISHABLE SHIPPING WINDOW

   1. The Festival does not accept Saturday or Sunday deliveries. All items must arrive to the warehouse Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm

**PERISHABLE ITEMS: The Festival Warehouse will NOT be accepting perishable items this year.  Perishable items must be shipped directly to event venues. Please reach out to your sponsor manager to arrange any perishable shipping needs.

• Perishable Products

  • The festival warehouse will NOT accept perishable items this year. Any items needing refrigeration will be refused upon delivery attempt. 

  • ALL PERISHABLE ITEMS WILL HAVE TO BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THEIR RESPECTIVE EVENTS. Should you need to ship perishable items to any festival event please email your sponsor manager to determine the proper delivery information.

• Shipping Labels

  • All items shipped in advance to the warehouse should be individually labeled with custom shipping labels for each event. Your sponsor manager will provide the labels.

• Special-handling/Odd Products

  • If you are shipping any out‐of­‐the­‐ordinary items, please make sure to speak to your Sponsor Manager to get it approved with our Festival Warehouse. This would include large and awkward loads, sensitive products and/or products that need to be assembled.

• Weekend Deliveries

  • The Festival does not accept Saturday or Sunday deliveries. All shipments must arrive to festival warehouse Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

• COD

  • No COD deliveries will be accepted.

• NOTE

  • All items will be delivered to the respective events labeled on your CUSTOM SHIPPING LABEL on a Festival-determined schedule.  NO special requests will be accepted. 

• • A detailed spreadsheet listing sponsor’s shipped items that will be shipped to the Festival is due no later than Wednesday, September 18, 2024 to your sponsor manager. Once your shipping summary sheet is submitted, your sponsor manager will send you your shipping labels. 

• Once the SHIPPING FORM has been submitted to your Sponsor Manager, you will receive a custom shipping label for each of your events.  

• A completed label must be affixed to EACH box

• If a full pallet is being shipped and is wrapped and sorted to go to one location, then ONE LABEL can be affixed to each side of the pallet.

1. Ship your items to the Festival Warehouse within the mandatory shipping windows.  Items will not be accepted if they arrive before/after the dates provided.

The festival is NOT responsible for any post event shipping and the festival venues do not allow FedEx/UPS pickups. All partners must arrange their own post event shipping if needed. If you need assistance with this, we do work with an international courier service and we would be happy to introduce you to them. Please reach out to your sponsor manager if you anticipate needing post event shipping.
